• Children must be included in the reservation, as their ticket will be required when entering the monument.
• Please be at the meeting point 10 minutes before the tour begins.
• Baby strollers must be left at the entrance of the Alcazar.
• During periods of high demand, bookings are subject to availability. The amount will be temporarily held until confirmation. We will contact you within a maximum of 72 hours (sooner if your selected date is approaching).
• You will receive all the final documentation for your visit via email about 24 hours before your visit.

Cancellation policy:

• Free cancellation and modification of the reservation up to 24 hours in advance.
• No cancellations or modifications are allowed after 24 hours prior to the visit.
• If you don’t attend the tour, it will be considered a no-show and you will not be entitled to any refund.
